Chickpea flour, roasted



The yellow-colored chickpea flour has a nutty and sweet flavor and is well suited for both sweet and savory dishes. For cooking or baking - chickpea flour is always a valuable supplement and a yummy alternative to regular flour. It is rich in proteins, zinc, vitamin B6 and Iron.

Usage
For the preparation of falafel and hummus, for pancakes, meatballs, dips as well as for sweet dishes. Also suitable for thickening of sauces and soups. In recipes, replace up to 20% of the cereal flour with chickpea flour, knowing that 80g chickpea flour is the equivalent of 100g cereal flour. 1 tbsp. chickpea flour + 2 tbsp. water = 1 egg!
