Contains naturally occurring sugars.) Liquid, spreadable or solid? The oil in the coconut butter has a very low melting point. This means that this product is highly spreadable at low room temperature, turns solid in the refrigerator and is nearly liquid at temperatures exceeding approximately 23°C. Determine the consistency yourself depending on how you want to use it. When the spread turns solid again, the coconut oil may settle on the surface and form a white layer. Just stir again thoroughly.
