Usage
Ideal for all risotto varieties, paella, creamy soups, fillings or rice salads, also suitable for milk rice.
Preparation Instructions
Risotto cooking method(for approx. 4 portions) Steam 250g rice in some butter or olive oil with chopped onion until onion gets glassy. Deglaze with white wine or broth. Slowly add hot broth until Risotto gets creamy. Stir Risotto continously while cooking. Cooking time: 20-30 minutes. Classic cooking method: Bring 250g rice with 500 ml water to a boil. Let simmer at low heat with closed lid for about 15 to 20 minutes.
