Bread waffles

Method


Grind the dry whole grain bread to flour. Heat the waffle iron. Beat the eggs with the butter until integrated, add coconut blossom syrup and milk. Mix the flour with baking powder and add it to the liquid ingredients, mix well. The dough should be creamy.

Add a ladle of dough to the greased hot waffle iron and bake until crispy. Serve warm and with the desired topping.
