Method


Mix the chia seeds with water for a few minutes in a medium size bowl to avoid clumps. Then swell the chia seed for about 15 minutes. Stir in the coconut palm syrup and the coconut yoghurt and mix well. Transfer to four glasses or jars and top with FruchtGarten raspberry. Cool the glasses and garnish with fresh fruit and lemon balm before serving.

For 4 servings
  • 8 tbs chia seeds
  • 12 tbs water
  • 2 1/2 tbs Rapunzel coconut palm syrup more to taste
  • 250 g coconut yogurt
  • 225 g Zwergenwiese FruchtGarten raspberry
Optional to garnish:
  • fresh berries
  • lemon balm
