Method
Soak dates and mulberries in the mango juice for about 30 minutes. Mix the mash with yoghurt well and then add the soaked mulberries, dates, a little vanilla and mix well. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Serve chilled.

- 40 g Rapunzel dates without pit Deglet Nour, chopped
- 40 g Rapunzel mulberries
- 20 ml mango juice
- 100 g Rapunzel Mixed nut butter 4 nuts
- 400 g of natural yoghurt
- 1 pinch of Rapunzel Bourbon vanilla powder
