Method
Beat Skyr, brown almond butter, a pinch of vanilla and maple syrup with a whisk until creamy. Add the finely diced pear and mix.
Tip: The Skyr cream looks particularly pretty when layered with the fruit in little bowls and garnished with a mint leaf or vanilla wafer.
Special variant: In addition, add layers of crumbled Cantuccini.

- 500 g skyr
- 3-4 tsp. Rapunzel almond butter, white
- 1 pinch of Rapunzel bourbon vanilla
- Rapunzel maple syrup according to tase
- fruit - depending on the season and according to taste e.g. with 2 ripe pears
