Method
Sauté onions with soft tomatoes in olive oil. Then add the curry powder and sauté briefly. Stir water into the mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add mixed mash and banana cubes, mix well and heat briefly together. Finally, puree the mixture well and store in a cool place.

- 1 tbsp Rapunzel olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 100 ml of water
- 100 g Rapunzel Mixed nut butter 4 nuts
- 20 g of banana, diced
- 1 pinch of Atlantic sea salt fine
