The HAND IN HAND donation

Commitment for a world that is worth living in

Since 1998, Rapunzel Naturkost is committed to a yearly donation out of the company fair trade program HAND IN HAND – the HAND IN HAND donation.

Until 2021, the donation helped to support ecological and social projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America through the HAND IN HAND fund, a jointly initiative by Rapunzel and Environmental Action Germany (Deutsche Umwelthilfe). The HAND IN HAND fund supported a total of 468 projects in 64 different countries with a total sum of more than 2 million Euros.

Since 2022, the HAND IN HAND donation goes to ecological and social projects worldwide through the Rapunzel One World Organic Foundation.

The RAPUNZEL One World Organic Foundation

Commitment to a world that is worth living in: The RAPUNZEL One World Organic Foundation, founded in 2022, is committed to strengthening organic agriculture, both domestically and worldwide, thereby promoting ecological and social projects, and supporting a healthy lifestyle for all. Organic food producer Rapunzel endows the foundation with approximately 1 million Euros annually.
