Aromatic, crunchy hazelnuts can be used in so many different ways making them indispensable for every kitchen. These hazelnuts come from the Rapunzel Azerbeijan project.

Preparation
The hazelnuts are harvested between August and September and dried in the sun. In order to preserve their freshness, the nuts are cracked shortly before being transported to Germany.
