Cookery show: Organic cuisine with a punk attitude

Nina Meyer – also known from The Taste – is a top organic chef and cookery book author. In her cookery books "Zwischen Fritten, Mangold und Toast Hawaii" (Between Fries, Swiss chard and Hawaiian Toast) and "Zwischen Mett, Dim Sum und Kässpätzle" (Between Mettwurst Sausage, Dim Sum and Cheese Spaetzle Pasta), she impresses with creative, regional cuisine and a pinch of punk attitude. With talent, inherited from her family, and her experience gained in well-known kitchens, she conjures up fresh, seasonal dishes every day. Her recipes are rooted in tradition, while at the same time being bold, modern, vegetarian, and vegan. In our cookery show, she demonstrates what flexibility and a variety of ideas look like in organic cuisine.
