Red lentil flour crackers


Preheat oven to 180° C. Prepare baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix lentil flour, salt, water and olive oil and mix till dough is even. Optionally add some spices. Press dough into a disk and lay on prepared parchment paper. Press the dough ball down into a disc and roll it out very thinly between two sheets of parchment paper, it should be almost enough to cover the baking pan. Cut with a pizza cutter or a knife into small squares (4 cm). Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or till the edges turn golden brown.

Let cool off and serve as a snack with pesto and hummus.
