Method
Quarter the zucchini twice in length. Heat the ghee in the pan and fry the zucchini in a golden brown, turning them constantly. Season with pepper, salt and black cumin.
Can be enjoyed warm or cold, as antipasti, with bread or with pasta. Sprinkle some parmesan over it to taste.
Ingredients
- 4 medium sized zucchini
- 2 tbs Rapunzel Allgäu Ghee
- 1 pinch of black cumin (onion seed)
- 1 pinch Rapunzel Atlantic sea salt fine
- 1 pinch of pepper
