Method


Peel the bananas and freeze them in pieces overnight or at least 4 hours. Puree with lemon juice, candied lemon and candied orange in a blender. Then either serve directly or put in molds and keep in the freezer until serving.

Ingredients


  • 3 bananas, ripe
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 30 g of candied lemon peel without sugar
  • 30 g candied orange peel without sugar
