Method
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined. If the consistency is too dry, add a bit more tap water; if too wet, a bit more coconut flakes or dates. Once it has the desired consistency measure a heaping teaspoon for each serving and form uniform balls with your hands. Finish the energy balls by rolling them in the coconut flakes.

- 130 g Rapunzel dates without stone, Deglet Nour
- 1 tbs Rapunzel cashew butter
- 90 g Rapunzel coconut flakes
- 1 tbs Rapunzel coconut oil nativ
- 2 tbs Rapunzel cocoa powder
- Pinch of Rapunzel vanilla powder Bourbon
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of Rapunzel salt, Atlantic
- 2 tbs water
