For the tomato and pepper cream:
jo. Mix the tomato and pepper with cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of water until creamy and season with salt and pepper.
For the Halloumi burger:
Halloumi in wholemeal wheat flour, then in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the halloumi for 3 - 4 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Drain on a kitchen towel.
Now fry the zucchini strips in the pan until crispy, take them out and then fry the fried eggs in them until they are soft to the touch. Halve the multigrain rolls and spread the halves with tomato and pepper cream. Arrange the lettuce leaves and 3 slices of halloumi on each.

- 80 g cream cheese herbs
- 450 g halloumi, cut into 12 slices
- 40 g whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 200 g zucchini, sliced into thin strips
- Rapunzel roasting and baking oil
- 4 eggs
- 4 multigrain rolls
- 4 large lettuce leaves
