Preheat oven to 365 ° F/185 °C and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. The sesame mixture should stick together well, if it is too dry just add a little more date syrup.
Line a small baking dish (ca 10 cm x 10 cm) with baking paper. Add the sesame mixture and press in very well. Now bake for about 30 minutes. Leave to cool in the dish and cut into the bar sized pieces.
