- Taking time: 4 weeks
In a closable jar, fill 2/3 young shoots of spruce and pour olive oil over them so that everything is covered.
Spruce shoots are found in spring. They should be collected only on dry days, because the macerate otherwise mold quickly. Only shoot in the middle area and harvest sparingly so as not to damage the trees. Take off at the window for 4 weeks and shake every day. Strain and fill in dark bottles. The storage of the bottles is best suited in the refrigerator.
If you do not have your own spruce in the garden, ask the forest owner or the forester for permission to harvest spruce tops.
Application: The oil is mainly used for muscle tension. Apply carefully to the body and gently massage in. Do not allow the oil to come into contact with mucous membranes.
Properties: Spruce needles promote blood circulation and help with joint pain. Olive oil has a skin-conditioning effect.
