Method
Pour water in a large cooking pot and add ginger, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon and coconut blossom syrup and bring to boil. Add orange slices and white wine and let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Optionally add rum. Enjoy the white mulled wine warm.
Ingredients
- 750 ml white wine Rapunzel Pinot Grigio DOC Venezia
- 200 ml water
or grape juice - 3 tbs Rapunzel coconut blossom syrup
or Rapunzel Cristallino cane sugar - 1 slice of ginger
- 3 star anise
- 6 corns of Rapunzel green pepper, washed
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 slices of orange
- 1 dash of rum
