Soup noodles semola coloured (letters)

The colorful soup noodles bring variety onto your plate. Our Italian pastificio follows an Italian tradition and uses only the best Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water for the preparation of Rapunzel pasta. A slow and gentle drying process at low temperatures ensures the typical flavor and the perfect 'al dente' bite.

Ingredients
ground DURUM WHEAT*, tomato powder*(2,00%), beetroot powder*(2,00%), spinach powder*(2,00%)

Preparation Instructions
For 100 g noodles boil 1 L of water with a pinch of salt. Add noodles into the boiling water and stir carefully. At the end of the cooking time, add some cold water to stop the boiling and drain pasta. Cooking time: 5 minutes.

Preparation
Rapunzel Pasta Semola is made from ground durum wheat semolina. It contains 65% of the grain kernels. After pressing and shaping with the appropriate moulds, the pasta is dried slowly and carefully over 8 hours at a maximum of 65°C. For the colourful mixture, part of the dough is mixed with tomato, spinach and beetroot powder.
