Cress sprouts taste spicy. They germinate really fast and are therefore perfect for beginners. Ideal for salads, sauces, dressings and on bread slices. Growing sprouts is the easiest way to get important vitamins, minerals,trace elements, secondary phytochemicals and dietary fibers all year round - freshly harvested and 'regional' from your windowsill!

cultivated in Europe, cress seeds are mucus-forming seeds and are therefore not suitable for the glass germinator.
Usage
Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before sowing. Afterwards just sprinkle. Development of tiny fibrous roots may occur. Use 1 tbsp seeds per tray. Soaking is not necessary. Sprinkle with water once a day. The sprouts are ready to eat after 3 to 5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18 to 22°C.
