Rapadura whole cane sugar mixed with exquisite Bourbon vanilla - the 'queen of spices'. The magnificent wealth of natural aromas makes Bourbon vanilla unique. Rapadura whole cane sugar contributes a pleasant, slightly caramel-like flavor. The sugar is produced according to fair trade criteria by our HAND IN HAND partners from Brazil, Paraguay and Costa Rica. With this mixture you will refine sweet dishes giving them a wonderful, harmonious vanilla aroma.

Preparation
Rapadura whole cane sugar is made from pure sugar cane juice. After extraction, the sugar juice is thickened, dried and ground. In the last step, the whole cane sugar is combined with vanilla powder and packed into sachets.
