Olives – stone fruits from evergreen trees
Olives are carefully picked by hand. Olives are an aromatic indulgence either with or without pits. Enjoy as antipasti, in vegetable or pasta dishes and on pizza.
Antipasti – a handful of the Mediterranean
Our specialities marinated in native olive oil, such as dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, capers and grilled peppers in brine are ideal appetizers. Rapunzel Dolmas (wine grapes filled with rice) from the Turkey project make a perfect match!

Frequently asked questions
How long will pestos/spice pastes keep after opening?
Generally, we recommend to remove pesto or spice paste always with a clean spoon. The remaining product in the jar should be covered with oil. Reclose the jar, keep refrigerated and use soon. Pepper crema for example may be stored for 1 week; pesto covered with oil can be kept for up to four weeks.
Which antipasti and pestos are suitable for raw food nutrition?
