Organic cultivation is the basis for a sustainable, future-proof management approach and an essential contribution to global food security. Through the use of organic seeds and a GMO-free cultivation we actively protect biological diversity.

As a producer of vegetarian foods with a wide range of wholesome products, we promote vegetarianism. Through the implementation of plausible long-term measures we achieve verifiable improvement in the areas of renewable energy, heat recuperation, conservation of water and other resources as well as in the reduction of transportation routes.

Autonomy: In our decisions, we are free of outside controls and heteronomy. Being independent from banks and large investors is part of our corporate philosophy. We consider ourselves as brand manufacturer with our own sales capabilities. The mixture of our distribution channels give us freedom to act.  

Product line: In our most important core assortments we achieve and maintain a leading market position in the industry. We are a competent food producer. Innovative product development strengthens our product line. The Rapunzel brand is authentic, sympathetic, vivacious and reliable and it has a vision and a history. The brand lives on through social, societal, cultural and political commitment. 

Economic efficiency: We are growing organically. For us, the operating results are more important than turnover figures. Our strengths are high productivity and efficient work processes. 

Quality: The protection and the continuous improvement of our products' organic and wholesome quality is our highest priority. Our employees and all the people who are part of the value chain are trained with respect to organic quality assurance issues.

We use only GMO-free raw materials and we actively campaign for a GMO-free world.

Project work: We involve ourselves worldwide in different projects in order to ensure the transparent Rapunzel quality. Our subsidiary Rapunzel Turkey is an integral part of our corporate affairs. The HAND IN HAND fair trade program is the heart of our social trade activities.
