Bulgur has a pleasantly mild, nutty taste. It is made from precooked, dried and ground durum wheat. With bulgur you can prepare delicious salads and Oriental dishes.

Preparation Instructions
Boil 250 g Bulgur in approx. 500 ml water. Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
