Polenta maize semolina, demeter

Quick and easy preparation in only 10 minutes. The popular Italian semolina is made from whole corn kernels and can be used for both sweet and savory dishes.

For polenta, sweet dishes or as side dish with savory meals or as alternative pizza dough.

Preparation Instructions
Add 250g polenta into 750 ml boiling water. Let simmer at low heat for approx. 5 to 10 minutes and stir all the time. Add more water if necessary. Remove from stove and let rest for another 5 minutes.
