Usage
Ideal for seasoning of salads, vegetable dishes, paddies or soups. Yeast flakes add a fine, savory note to your meals. Do not cook yeast flakes in order to preserve the nutritional value. Add to cooked meals.

Preparation
The yeast is cultivated on cereal from controlled organic cultivation. The resulting yeast cream is mixed with wheat flour and sea salt, dried, rolled and coarsely ground into yeast flakes.
