Chia carob mousse

Method


Grind the chia seeds in a powerful mixer, or alternatively in a coffee grinder. Then put all the ingredients in a blender and stir until smooth. Pour into serving bowls and let rest in the refrigerator for at 30 min before serving. Meanwhile, roast the hazelnuts in a pan and garnish the mouse with them.
