Smoothie with avocado, dates and chia seeds

Ingredients

• 1 banana, peeled
• ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
• 1 handful of salad leaves
• 5 Rapunzel dates pitted Deglet Nour
• 1 tbs chia seeds
• 1 tbs Rapunzel Chia Omega Power made of walnut, linseed and chia oils
• 1 tbs Rapunzel cashew spread
  or Rapunzel cashew nuts
• 1/4 tbs Rapunzel vanilla powder Bourbon
• 500 ml water
• 1 handful of ice cubes

• Rapunzel maple syrup grade A
  or Rapunzel coconut blossom syrup
