Usage
For the preparation of dough for bread, pastry and pasta making as well as breading material for vegetables, for the refinement of sauces or for protein shakes and green smoothies. In recipes, replace up to 25% of the cereal flour with pumpkin seed flour, knowing that 65g pumpkin flour is the equivalent of 100g cereal flour. Add liquid in order to obtain the usual consistency.
