Blanched almond flour gives your pastries a mild and nutty flavor. In addition, it has a high content of dietary fiber and vegetable proteins. Proteins contribute to the maintenance and build-up of muscles. Almond flour is rich in calcium (575 mg / 100 g corresponds to 72% of the reference intake). Calcium is important for healthy teeth and bones. We recommend a 25 g portion. A diversified, well balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
