Mild delicacy from Italy. Sun-dried tomatoes, preserved in exquisite, extra virgin olive oil with rosemary. This speciality made in a family business in Italy enhances the Mediterranean cuisine.

Usage
perfect as classic Mediterranean appetizer, as addition in sauces, on pizza or for salads, vegetable and noodle dishes. Tip: Always use the delicious extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation
After the harvest, the fresh tomatoes are washed, salted and dried in the sun. The dried tomatoes are mixed with rosemary, filled into jars and some extra virgin olive oil is added. After they are closed, the jars are gently heated for preservation.
