Little radish sprouts taste strong and spicy. The mustard oils they contain give them a slight pungency. Ideal topping for salads, bread slices, pan-fried dishes and soups as well as cream cheese and dips. Growing sprouts is the easiest way to get important vitamins, minerals ,trace elements, secondary phytochemicals and dietary fibers all year round - freshly harvested and 'regional' from your windowsill!

Usage
Soak seeds before germination. Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before consupmtion. Development of tiny fibrous roots may occur. Use 1 tbsp seeds per tray or glas germinator. Let soak for 12 hours. Rinse twice a day. The sprouts are ready to eat after 4 to 5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18 to 22°C.
