Olive oil with lemon

The cold pressed olive oil refined with lemon oil is a culinary pleasure for all the senses. Experience a wonderful oil, the freshness of sun-ripened lemons and the mediterranean feeling. Very few drops of this oil are sufficient to refine fish dishes, pasta or fruit salads with a hint of lemon.

Usage
With Mediterranean salads, dips, herbs & lemon fresh cheese spreads, grilled fish, with tomato soup and even fruit salad. Due to the sensitivity of the lemon essential oil, it should only be added after cooking.

Preparation
Olives are manually harvested and pressed together with fresh lemons immediately after harvesting. This allows the flavours of the lemons to naturally blend with the cold-pressed olive oil.
