Ingredients
2 red onions
1 peace of ginger, about 6 cm
500 g strawberry
1 small red chili
60 ml
Rapunzel Condimento Bianco
1 pinch of
Rapunzel Bourbon vanilla powder
100 g
Rapunzel Cristallino cane sugar
2 tbs
Rapunzel Date syrup
1,5 tbs Tamarind paste
1 tsp yellow mustard seeds

Ayurvedic Tamarind-strawberry- chutney
Method
Peel onions and cut into chunks. Peel ginger and cut into small cubes. Halve strawberries. Core chili and chop finely. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep stirring. Fill in small preserving jars. Store in a cool place.
Tastes great with ayurvedic and Indian dishes and also with cheese.
