Skyr dessert in an infinite number of variants

Method


Beat Skyr, brown almond butter, a pinch of vanilla and maple syrup with a whisk until creamy. Add the finely diced pear and mix.

Tip: The Skyr cream looks particularly pretty when layered with the fruit in little bowls and garnished with a mint leaf or vanilla wafer.

Special variant: In addition, add layers of crumbled Cantuccini.
