Grilled red peppers in brine, project

Sun-ripened 'capia' peppers from the Rapunzel Turkey project. The hand-picked peppers are grilled in a special oven directly over open fire giving them the typical barbecue flavor. Enjoy the aromatic and fruity taste in many different ways.

Preparation
Freshly-harvested peppers are washed and grilled in a special oven over open fire. The pepper skin is removed and the peppers are marinated in brine.
